Dr Ava Lefton is an accredited counsellor/psychotherapist, and a registered member of the BACP.
She is a Person Centred therapist with over 18 years experience of counselling in the local community and can help you with a range of issues such as anxiety and depression. Ava has a background in HR Management so can support work related conflicts. She is also a trained Couples Therapist.
She will work with you in a safe and non-judgemental way, to understand your experience from your point of view and help you to better understand your own feelings - essentially nurturing you to reconnect with your inner values and sense of self-worth and move towards inner peace.
In her spare time Ava likes to walk and socialise with family and friends.
